Since inception of TILC, Josphat has led the team in an outstanding performance record in value creation delivered to the clients. He banks a wealth of experience in Strategic Management, Psycho-social Counseling, Relationship Banking, and Aquatic Sciences. He has works for many established organizations such as Equity Bank and Compassionate International among others. He holds a Masters in Strategic Management from South Eastern Kenya University, a Bachelor’s degree in Aquatic Science and Fisheries from Moi University and other professional courses in Psycho-social counselling.

He is responsible for championing TILC’s unique capabilities and assets through corporate positioning and branding so as to bring scalable solutions to market, pursue new market opportunities, and accelerate growth. He has extensive experience in Security Systems, VIP protection and management, Psycho-social counselling and other related courses. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Counselling from Mount Kenya University, a Diploma of the same from Kenya Institute of Professional Counselling and other professional courses in Psycho-social counselling. Josphat is an active member of Kenya Association of Professional Counsellors (KAPC)

Darius Kilonzi is the Director, Research and Business Development and Co-founder of TILC. He has been proactive in identification of potential markets and client needs. He responsible for identification of new client opportunities and growing of the existing client relationships. He has a vast experience in the areas of Supply Chain including He is holds a Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management from Mount Kenya University, a Diploma of the same from the Kenya Institute of Management and other professional courses in Supply Chain Management. Darius is an active member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) and Kenya Institute of Management (KIM).

As the Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance, Lenah Safari is directly responsible for developing and implementing the risk management framework by ensuring the implementation of risk processes i.e. risk identification, risk assessment, risk monitoring and reporting. She is also in charge of overseeing the process of conducting compliance reviews and follow up on management implementation actions to ensure timely resolution of compliance gaps and to also ensure adequate processes and controls are put in place to enhance compliance. Lenah holds a Diploma in clinical medicine. She has a thorough hands on experience on clinical care, pain management and psycho-social counselling.

Lenah Safari

She is responsible for financial operations of the firm including strategic financial planning, forecasting, and financial reporting. She also oversees firm costs and accounting, and supports proposal efforts and contract management. She also ensures that all statutory matters pertaining finance and company obligations are met. She carries a wealth of experience in company secretarial services as well as office administration. She holds a Diploma in Business Management and Secretarial Studies.

Fredinnah Kanini

Heads Finance and Administration

She is responsible for organizing stakeholders and corporate events, compiling media communication reports, arranging for media coverage as well as preparing media briefs. She is also in charge collecting information and data for the preparation of the company’s newsletter and supplements as well as carrying out general protocol matters in the company. Faith has a substantial experience in corporate communication management, Operation Management as well as office administration. Faith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media as well as Foundation Diploma in Public Relations.
